Nokia N82

Nokia N82 has basically the same features like Nokia N95 it only comes in a different package.
I shall star with the camera because I think that it’s the best camera in a mobile phone. It has a megapixels with autofocus and xenon flash.
Nokia N82 is a bar-shaped phone, measuring 112 x 50.2 x 17.3 mm and 114 g.
Nokia N82 is equipped with a 2.4" TFT LCD display of QVGA resolution. It is capable of showing up to 16 million colors.
Nokia N82 runs on Symbian 9.2 OS with the Series60 3rd Edition user interface. The built-in memory is 132MB, which is a respectable figure by all means. The included 2GB microSD memory card comes in very handy for extending it but you can go for an even higher capacity card as user reports suggest.
I also like the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi nicely complements the 3G with HSDPA support for faster download over the air. Tri-band GSM with GPRS is here for those times when you are out of 3G or Wi-Fi coverage. Oh - and there is GPS built in too, for use with the Nokia Maps.
There is 100MB of built in memory, and Nokia provides a 2GB microSD card to add to this. The N82 does not support SDHC so 2GB cards are your limit as far as storage capacity is concerned.
Battery life is on the good side of average.

Nokia 6300

The Nokia 6300 is one of the first slim handsets from the Finnish manufacturer. Unlike other slim handsets, the Nokia 6300 is perfectly weighted and is surprisingly comfortable to hold. Nokia phones are famous for producing these types of phones.
Nokia 6300 is not only thin but also very light as it weighs only 91 gram. The combination of Nokia 6300 light weight and stylish thin body allows carrying Nokia 6300 everywhere: in the shirt pocket, ladies' purse, in jeans and jackets.
The screen is a bit small at just two inches corner to corner, but it displays 240 x 320 pixels and a massive 16.7 million colours, and as a result it is pin-sharp. Nokia N76 interface is very simple to use and to understand.
The 6300 boasts a camera, a music player, a video player, an FM radio and a voice recorder. The 2-megapixel camera on the back lets you take still photos or shoot video and there's the option to adjust several settings, including a timer and night mode but unfortunately it doesn’t have an auto focus or flash.
The 6300's music player supports MP3, MP4, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, H.263 and H.264 files. You can send pictures to friends using Bluetooth or via GPRS/EDGE in an email or MMS message.
The battery life is good and even after using it moderately for about three days we didn't need to recharge it. If you are someone who basically needs a mobile phone to make calls and do not need (or want to pay for) all the bells and whistles that come with many of the phones today, the Nokia 6300 was made for you.

Motorola RAZR2 V8

Aren’t you pretty excited to know the difference between the original RAZR and the RAZR 2?!
Well first of all the RAZR 2 is slimmer than the original RAZR. RAZR is 11.9 mm thick and when you open it. Its astonishingly thin. Than, also premium materials were used in its construction in order to update its look.
They used chrome and chemically hardened glass, and also stainless steel in the casing which makes it heavier than the original RAZR.
It feels pretty solid in your hands, good looking and has most of the styles and flashes of the first generation.
The obvious differences between the first generation and second generation V8 are the massive external display and the lack of an antenna bulge, or chin, on the newer V8.
So RAZR 2 is not just an upgraded phone, but a unique device.
One of the most striking features of the RAZR2 is the size of its external screen. I think that it’s the best external display in its class. It has a ultra-high resolution 2 inch display.
It's also a touchscreen, making this phone the first of its kind. The touchscreen controls appear on the external screen, and are context-sensitive.
There is also some variation with the semi-touch screen, which the new one gives some kind of vibration feedback while pressed on any of the touch keys.
It’s a pretty interesting thing the vibration feedback of the buttons because it gives you the feeling that you get a real response to your finger press.
The vibration feedback also used on volume and smart key controls on the left edge of the phone, as well as with the camera shutter button that is located on the right edge.
Other functionality is available through the external screen, such as reading and replying to text messages.
The V8 is also the first commercially available Linux-based phone. Linux is an operating system used on computers. The result is a fast, responsive system that supports multitasking well.
Another change is the new RAZR2 line uses the newly defined micro-USB connector for charging, wired headsets, and USB connectivity.
Another new feature in the V8 is Motorola's new CrystalTalk technology. This is a mix of hardware and software improvements that are designed to enhance voice clarity and reduce background noise.
RAZR has an excellent music player with wide support for virtually all music formats.
The memory available is either 512 Mbytes or 2 Gbytes, depending on which version of the V8 you choose.
The RAZR2 also has a camera and video recorder, but at just 2.0 megapixels and no flash the camera is at best average. The RAZR V8 supports Bluetooth wireless connectivity (version 2).
Battery life is acceptable, although the big LCD displays do tend to eat power.

Yoga

From my own experience I want to recommend you the best weight loss center ever. Well it’s not exactly a weight loss center but a Yoga center but it really helps you lose weight.
And believe me, the most beautiful thing about it is that it’s main purpose is not to lose weight. I think that you all know how stressful weight loss programs can be! Well, here it’s exactly the opposite.
Practicing yoga, believe me, will calm you forever and change your whole concept of life and living. Through yoga you will establish a connection with your body and mind. And it is the most beautiful thing it can happen to you!!
Of course it is not easy, and you really have to want it, to be motivated but the results will be much more than satisfying.
To manage to control your mind is much more than difficult. At first I believed it really is impossible because it seemed so but through lot and lot of work and concentrating I really felt and feel that I have control over my body over everything that it’s inside of me and moreover I can control my mind. I mean my thoughts, or not control them but guide them to more positive ones than I used just because I re-established my concept over life.So what I really wanted to tell you is that if you want to lose weight, but if you’re not obsessed of it and health comes first, I recommend you to join a weight loss center. And if you follow my advice really stick to it! It won’t be easy but it’s definitely worth

If you’ve ever tried to lose weight, you know it can be a difficult process. There are a lot of weight loss centers which can help you lose weight but there are ways to make it easier. Understanding exactly what you need to do to lose weight is your first step and these resources will help you learn about the basic steps to lose weight, how to set realistic goals and simple tips for making healthy lifestyle changes.
Butt, Hips & Thighs
If you’re trying to shape your hips, buns and thighs, this blog will try to provide you some exercises diets and programs for remodelling your body and you can do this at home.
First, it is important to know exactly what muscles to target. The quadriceps are the strong muscles in the front of the thigh. These are the ones that give a great cut visible from the side of the knee up. The gluteals are the rear muscles, and the hamstrings run down the back of the thigh. These are the muscles that give ice skaters those great looking legs and derrieres. Do not forget the adductors and abductors either. Those define the inner and outer parts of the thigh.
How long do we have to work out? There are a handful of powerhouse exercises for the hips and thighs. Do them until the muscles tire. You should be able to accomplish that in 3 sets with 8-12 repetitions each. If not, increase the effort (squeeze hard on the adductor squeeze, tighten the band for the outer thighs/quads, and hold dumbbells for the squats). Do these 3 times a week faithfully, and you will see a definite improvement within 6 weeks.
`1 - Squats for both hips and thighs
Works: Gluteals, hamstrings, quadriceps. To Do: Stand with feet hip distance apart. Sit backwards onto heels. Squat until hips are level with the knees and then stand back up.Safety Note: To prevent stress on the knee joint, don’t let hips drop below knee level or lean knees forward.
2- Leg Extensions for better thighs
Works: Quadriceps. To Do: Wrap a resistance band around your ankles. Extend the lower part of the leg until it’s straight. Return to starting position.Safety Note: Be sure band is tight enough to feel the resistance but not so tight that you can’t reach your leg out into a straight line.
3 - Abductor press to improve those outer thighs
Works: Outside of the thighs. To Do: Wrap a resistance band around the ankles as in the above exercise. Lie on floor and open and close legs.Safety Note: Keep knees slightly bent towards chest.

Approximately 50 million Americans go on a diet each year — yet only 5 percent keep the weight they lose off. Many trying to lose weight continually struggle to find an effective weight loss method.
Even if you choose to use an over-the-counter weight loss product or participate in a weight loss program this means joining a weight loss center, the bottom line is that you still must eat fewer calories than you burn to lose weight. When selecting a weight loss product, program or center gather as much information as possible.
If you want accurate information about law, you go to a lawyer and not to an athlete or a movie star. If you want to go on a weight loss program,of any kind, a diet for example, seek out authorities in the field of nutrition like nutritionists, physicians, registered dietitians and nurses who specialize in weight control. If you are older than 40 and want to start an exercise program but have medical problems such as heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure check first with your physician.
Although there are many types of weight-management programs available their long-term success is dismal.Studies show that on the averege people lose about 10% of their body weight but regain two-thirds within one year after ending the program. So,in about five years all the weight is gained back.
Program managers have a responsability to provide consumers with truthful and unambigous information that is neither misleading nor likely to be misinterpreted.
So,in order to choose the best weight loss program for you, you have to follow some steps.Firstly you have to know the credentials and qualifications of the people running the program. Ask for detailed information of the potential health risks.Be realistic about what you wish to accomplish through the program and be willing to devote the time and effort required to attain your goal.
Avoid diets of less than 800 calories a day except under medical supervison.Look up for a weight management program that includes an exercise program tailored to you.
The key is to find a program that can back its advertising and promotional claims with proof that the programs work. A program should be able to provide statistics showing the percentage of clients who have lost weight and not regained it for one year as well as the percentage of clients for whom this information is available.
